Our policies ensure a safe, fair, and supportive environment for all students. Please review the key policies below.
Regular attendance is essential for academic success. Parents must notify the school by 8:00 AM if a child will be absent. A medical certificate is required for absences exceeding three consecutive days. Persistent absenteeism may result in a meeting with the head teacher and parents.
APAPEC IREBERO upholds a zero-tolerance policy on violence, theft, and substance use. We follow a positive behaviour management approach that rewards good conduct and uses restorative conversations for minor offences. Serious misconduct may lead to suspension or expulsion as a last resort.
All students must wear the official school uniform Monday through Thursday, and the sports kit on Fridays. The school uniform consists of a white shirt, navy blue shorts/skirt, and black shoes. Hair must be neat and tidy; extreme hairstyles and jewellery are not permitted.
Homework is assigned daily to reinforce classroom learning. Nursery students receive light activities (colouring, reading). Primary students receive structured assignments in English, Mathematics, and other subjects. Homework should be completed independently with parental guidance where needed.
The school maintains a fully stocked first aid station and has trained first aiders on site at all times. In case of emergency, parents are contacted immediately. Students with chronic conditions must provide medical documentation. Allergy information is kept on file with the school nurse.
APAPEC IREBERO is committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment. Bullying — whether physical, verbal, or online — is strictly prohibited. All reports are investigated promptly. Counselling support is provided to both the victim and the perpetrator. Parents are notified of all incidents.

We wish all our families a blessed holiday season. Term 1 begins on Monday, January 6, 2025. Students should arrive by 7:30 AM in full uniform. New parents are invited to the orientation session at 9:00 AM in the school hall.
Thank you to all parents who attended the annual Christmas concert on December 13. Our students performed beautifully, showcasing their talents in music, dance, and drama. Photos and videos are available on the school's WhatsApp group.
End of year reports for Term 3 have been distributed to all students. Parents who have not yet collected their child's report can do so from the school office during working hours. Please bring your ID for verification.
As the rainy season continues, we remind all parents to ensure their children sleep under treated mosquito nets. The school has distributed insecticide-treated nets to students in need. For any health concerns, please contact the school nurse.
Parent-Teacher conferences for Term 3 will be held on December 6, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Each parent will receive a 15-minute slot. Please confirm your attendance by December 3 through the class teacher or school WhatsApp group.
